Available surface finishes for these metals include matte, custom directional and non-directional, embossed, patina or pre-weathered, and PVDF finishes such as standard & custom colors, metallic & mica colors, exotic colors, and weathered patina prints.

VINTAGE SERIES™

Overly Vintage Series™ of metal finishes, designed to provide the appearance of rusted steel, patinated copper and other naturally weathered metals using custom fluoropolymer coil coating finishes applied over aluminum. Three distincts categories are offered with selections of finishes for each type.

Overly Vintage Series™ metal finishes are the perfect choice for applications and installations that require a more natural or rustic look than standard monochromatic, smooth and/or shiny “pre-painted” metal panels or shingles.

Overly Vintage Series™ metal finishes are multi-coat protective coating systems which include a metal pretreatment coating, a corrosion resistant primer, and proprietarily formulated and designed 70 % PVDF fluorocarbon topcoats.

Overly Vintage Series™ metal finishes are suitable for interior applications but are specifically designed for use on the builidng enclosures. They have excellent U.V. color stability along with super resistance to chalk and fade and a “top hardness” which significantly resists scratches and scuff mark. The finish system also provided outstanding chemical resistance that performs well in severe environments.

Overly Vintage Series™ metal finishes provide a beautifully weathered metal finish without rust runoff or staining to the surrounding materials on and around the building.

A 30 year finish warranty ensures your project will maintain that ideal weathered finish.

A 20 year warranty for marine and coastal applications is available with the use of a marine grade primer. Projects within 1,500 feet of salt water are considered marine and coastal applications.
